Rob White of Lewis Management Corp. Announced as Guest Speaker

He shared information on the proposed development, The Harvest in Dixon.
White has more than two decades of experience in community-focused development engagement throughout California. As vice-president of Lewis Management Corp., White oversees community relations and public affairs initiatives supporting civic, cultural and charitable programs in the company’s regions. His insights into building strong partnerships between businesses and community organizations fit well with the club’s history and future goals.

The Lewis Group currently has a multi-family development project in town on Highway 113 near Rotten Robbie. The proposed Harvest project is slated to include $200 million in infrastructure, which will continue until scheduled home builds begin in 2031.
The Lewis Group and White have done much engagement and outreach and plan to do so through 2027. The Harvest at Dixon master plan includes about 6,350 residential units to be built out over 20 to 30 years, 18-plus acres of retail, a proposed elementary school, 140-plus acres of green space, some mixed-use areas and improvements to current infrastructure.
White answered club members’ questions regarding traffic, transportation, dog parks, water issues and green space.
