"I work with a lot of special needs children and since the virus won't be gone soon and now in an emergency, I have a place to treat them. This will really help. I felt the paperwork was simple and they were very supportive," she added.
Rosemarys Farm to Fork Restaurant with 12 employees received $24,000 and were significantly responsible for the pergola built in the back of Ferguson Alley for several restaurants to use.
"The [application] paperwork wasn't all that bad and it really helped with the whole entire year," said Rosa Barron of Rosemary's. "We worked as hard as possible but there wasn't a huge profit margin so getting that was really nice."
Ruhstaller's with 15 employees received $5,800. The Super 8 by Wyndham with seven employees received $7,150. And, The Frying Pan in downtown restaurant with 8 employees received $3,807.
