DIXON, CA (MPG) - April is National Volunteer Month and the City of Dixon is calling on community members to join Volunteer Day at Hall Park on Saturday April 12.

Volunteers will assist the city in spreading bark in the playground area to ensure that Dixon children have a safe and enjoyable place to play.

The volunteer event will be from 9 a.m. to noon April 12. Volunteers will meet at the Hall Park barbeque area No. 2 (near the skatepark). Hall Park is located near the corner of Mayes and Fifth Street.
